Mirror mirror on the wall…will we have another shutdown after all? According to acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney? Another government shutdown this week should not be ruled out.
In an interview with NBC's “Meet The Press” the potential for a border deal in Congress depends on whom you ask. He says the White House is listening with their hands off and watching as both sides work to strike a deal.
As Mulvaney sees it, everybody “is saying something different” when asked how close they are to making a deal. A partial government shutdown is set to go into effect again if a deal isn't made by Friday.
