Patti Murin, who stars as Princess Anna in the Broadway musical “Frozen,” says it’s adorable to see the kids dressed as her character in the audience.
“It’s really lovely. It’s overwhelming how much support we’ve had and how much the audiences have really, really loved it,” Murin told WOR’s “Len Berman and Michael Riedel in the Morning.”
She said audiences not only know all the words to “Let it Go,” but the hand gestures as well. Murin said it’s not just the kids, but the adults too.
“They lose themselves in the story and the music,” Murin said.
Despite it being the same show every day, she said every performance is a different experience.
“What’s great is that even though you’re doing the same thing, every show is a different show, because everyone’s in a slightly different mood or everyone’s in a little bit of a different place. There’s a different audience. There’s a different reaction,” Murin said.
