Alcohol may have been a factor when this young woman at a musical festival in Minnesota got her head stuck in an oversized tail pipe! Firefighters used a power saw to free the woman at last weekend’s Winstock Music Festival in Winsted, about 40 miles west of Minneapolis. Local police say that they have no idea how she got stuck but she was cited for underage drinking and escorted out.
