Len Berman and Michael Riedel in the Morning talked with News Nation Legal Contributor and WOR Co-host of Always in Fashion, Jesse Weber about the SCOTUS decision on former President Trump's immunity case.
Jesse said, " A President should have immunity in official acts, like pardons, SCOTUS appointments, and veto power. These are the core responsibilities and authorities that need Presidential immunity. Where the decision has gained controversy is the definition of an official act. Does a President have presumptive authority for things on the outer perimeter of his authority? The decision made by the SCOTUS gives Trump more authority than he had a week ago."
