A new poll by Siena College finds that a large majority of New Yorkers think crime is a big problem in the state.
The survey finds that 59 percent of registered voters say it’s a “very serious” problem, while another 34 percent say it’s “somewhat serious.” The same poll found that 59 percent are very concerned or somewhat concerned that they might be a victim of a crime.
The Siena College poll found that 50 percent of the job that Governor Hochul is doing, compared with 44 percent who disapprove.
