Actor, Eddie Deezen who was best known for his role as Eugene in the movie musical "Grease," was found to be not competent to go on trial for allegedly burglarizing a nursing home, according to TMZ.
Documents obtained by TMZ found that Deezen is not able to stand trial because of mental disorder. He was transferred to the Maryland Department of Health for treatment. According to the documents he is considered a danger to himself and others. He will need to stay in the health department's care until the court no longer believes he is a threat.
As previously reported, Deezen allegedly broke into a nursing home in April. After a women told him to leave, he refused. Cops came and took him away in handcuffs. The alleged victim says Deezen has been to this nursing home before and usually leaves items with a note.
Deezen was charged with fourth-degree burglary, 2 counts of trespassing and 1 count of disturbing the peace. In the latest documents, prosecutors changed the charges to assault and disorderly conduct.
