It will be Jack Ciattarelli against Governor Phil Murphy in November.
Ciattarelli, a former Assembly member, won 49 percent of the vote to beat three other Republicans in the party primary. He’ll now square off against the governor in the general election.
Ciattarelli served in the New Jersey Assembly until 2018. He ran for governor four years ago, but lost to then-Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno in the Republican primary.
