Governor Murphy Imposes New Restrictions in New Jersey


Governor Phil Murphy is cracking down in New Jersey because of an increased in coronavirus cases in the state.

Beginning on Thursday, indoor dining won’t be allowed past 10 p.m. Outdoor dining and takeout will be allowed to continue. Bar seating will also be prohibited.

All interstate games for youth sports played indoors will be canceled until further notice.

“The numbers are proving that the second wave is here. This is our reality, we must redouble our efforts and recommit to the practices that have gotten us this far,” Murphy said.
