Through bad luck, poor timing and worsening economic trends, millennials are turning into a lost generation. This pandemic has been excruciating for just about every single one of us and they say it's too early to know which generation which be most hurt by all this and that will take years to sort out. But all this is uniquely bad for millennials who have lower rates of employment overall, lower earnings, lower savings and on top of that they have debt. And all of that folks, they've carried into this new economic crisis brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.

For years household wages had risen compared to previous generations, until generation X handed the baton to millennials. This is all came despite millennials being the most diverse, most educated and most productive generation in American history,
