Malls in New Jersey Reopen

Shoppers can once again head to malls in New Jersey.

They reopened on Monday, with social distancing guidelines in effect. That means masks are required and the number of shoppers is limited to 50 percent of capacity.

Food courts will remain closed. Movie theaters, arcades and other entertainment businesses inside the malls also won’t be able to reopen yet.

Retailers are being told to thoroughly clean their stores and to enforce social distancing protocols.
