An accidental lottery purchase is giving a Delaware man twice the pay-out.
Delaware lottery officials say the 61-year-old from Newark won twice during Saturday's Powerball drawing. That's because he unknowingly purchased an identical ticket using the playslip from the ticket he bought the day before.
The unidentified man's luck resulted in $100-thousand in all. He told officials he planned to pay some bills and save the rest.
