Now you can shop AND ski at one New Jersey mall.
North America's first real-snow, year-round, indoor ski slope opens today at the American Dream mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The 180-thousand-square foot, 16 story ski slope, has three trails and four lifts. Big SNOW also has a non-ski area for families that just want to frolic in the snow.
Olympic Gold Medal skier Lindsey Vonn is on hand for the grand opening today. Big SNOW will be open all year round and kept at 28 degrees.
