Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of missing Connecticut mother Jennifer Dulos is expected back on the witness stand in a civil trial on Wednesday.
Dulos is being sued by his mother-in-law for $2.5 million for loans made to Dulos by her late husband. Dulos claimed he had a good relationship with his father-in-law and said repeatedly that the money was a gift, not a loan.
The disappearance of Jennifer Dulos did not come up during the first day of the civil trial. Fotis Dulos has been charged with tampering with evidence.
