Another NYC Resident Has Died From A Vape-Related Illness

Health Officials say an unidentified man became the second New Yorker to die from a vaping related illness when he passed away last week in Bellevue Hospital.

According to an article published in the New York Post, The 30 something-year-old man had a "history of using e-cigarettes and vape products." Doctors who examined the man found a mix of nicotine and marijuana in his system.

Governor Cuomo released a statement to the media that read, "Based on an investigation and medical review, the Department Of Health has determined the death to be vaping related. The Department of Health is continuing its robust investigation into the cause of the illness, but in the meantime, our message on vaping remains unchanged: if you don't know what you're smoking, don't smoke it."
