Teen Refuses To Leave K-Mart And Is Arrested

A upstate New York teenager learned a valuable lesson about not staying where you're not welcomed as police had to be called to a local K-Mart store because reports of a teenager refusing to the leave the premises had come in.

A teenager was charged with juvenile delinquency after he refused to leave a store from which he had previously been banned. Yorktown police said the16-year-old would have been charged with obstructing government administration and resisting arrest, misdemeanors, and trespass, a violation, had he been an adult.

He was asked numerous times by store employees and by the police when they got there to simply leave but he refused and fought with them and resisted arrest. After being arrested, the teen was issued a juvenile appearance ticket and is due to appear.
