Bronx DA Not Pursuing Charges In Twins Hot Car Death

Prosecutors in New York say that for now, they will not pursue a criminal case against the New York dad who left his one-year-old twins to die in a hot car for eight-hours. Juan Rodriguez says he thought he dropped his children off at daycare last Friday while he went to work. He worked a full day and was driving home when he apparently made the realization.

The Bronx D-A has decided not to put the case before a grand jury because they're still investigating. Until then, Rodriguez is out on bail, charged with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. He has another court date later this month.

A wake for the twins - Luna and Phoenix - will take place today. Their funeral is tomorrow.
