Long Island Cop Retires After Flashing Charge

Judge Elizabeth Fox McDonough released a Nassau police officer on his own recognizance after he was issued a desk appearance ticket for allegedly exposing himself to two women.

Richard Furboter was reportedly off-duty when he exposed himself to two different women on June 25 and September 12.

According to information published in the New York Daily News, the now-retired officer was in a parking lot sitting in a red SUV near the John F. Kennedy Memorial in Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, on June 25 when he allegedly asked one victim, "You want to see my penis?"

He then allegedly rubbed his erect penis, according to the victim.

The victim of the September 12 incident said of officer Furboter, "He massaged his body over his clothes over his penis and followed (the victim) outside and exposed himself," after she exited the bathroom at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow.

Furboter was ordered to stay away from the two victims at his October 3rd hearing.
