Hassan Salih was detained by a bouncer at Bar None over the weekend after a woman claimed he had touched her breast and butt while dancing.
When the NYPD arrived Salih attempted to run from the scene so he was cuffed and placed in a cruiser.
As the details of the fondling case were further investigated, Mr. Salih presented the police officers with his get out of jail free-diplomatic immunity card. The NYPD officer ran a check on Salih and found out he was a second officer in the Sudanese Mission to the United Nations.
Mr. Salih was released without being charged.
