Eric Slutsky is suing the Nassau County Jail and two of the facilities correction officers claiming they beat him to a bloody pulp and then hung him from his cell door.
Slutsky said the guards knocked him the ground, broke his jaw and nose, stripped him down to his underwear, and then cuffed him in a crucifix-like pose to his jail cell door.
The Nassau County Attorney's office refused to comment on a pending litigation.
Mr. Slutsky was being held on drug charges when the alleged beating occurred.
