Bronx McDonald’s Worker Arrested for Selling Drugs

The manager of a McDonald’s in the Bronx has been arrested after allegedly selling thousands of dollars worth of drugs at the restaurant.

Police said 26-year-old Frank Guerrero would include crack and cocaine in a bag of food that he served to customers at the franchise on Bruckner Boulevard in the Soundview section.

This was part of a three month investigation known as “Operation Off the Menu.”  During the investigation, Guerrero alleged sold more than $10,000 worth of drugs to an undercover officer during eight transactions.

Authorities said these sales happened at night when only the drive-through window was open.  However, Guerrero would allegedly unlock the front door for his drug customers and invite them into the restaurant.

Guerrero is facing several charges, including criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
