A horse got loose from a stable in New York City on Tuesday afternoon and ran wild on the West Side of Manhattan.
The carriage horse is named “Goldie” and it somehow freed itself from a stable on 11th Avenue and West 52nd Street. The horse continued to race through the streets as police officers gave chase. Part of the incident was caught on video by a Twitter user.
The horse eventually returned to the stable on its own. “Goldie” was examined by a veterinarian and is okay.
No one was injured.
