NYC Buildings Department has issued six violations on Mayor Bill de Blasio's crib.
Gracie Mansion has received violations for a faulty boiler and elevators that aren't up to snuff.
The boiler violation normally comes with a $2,000 dollar fine but fortunately for the Mayor city-owned buildings are exempt from paying fines.
Because Gracie Mansion is located in a public park, it' the NYC Parks Department's responsibility to make sure the building is up to code.
The violations were issued between 2014 and 2015.
