Flooding Hits Coastal Towns in New Jersey, New York

Coastal flooding caused by Winter Storm Stella is battering towns around New Jersey and New York.

Warnings have been issues for vulnerable areas, according to NBC New York.

Brooklyn's Red Hook section has seen flooding across its roads. Flood warnings are in place for some areas of The Bronx and Queens.

Flooding has been reported on Long Island and water has pooled near Long Beach.

Church Street in Sea Bright, NJ, was flooded with 17 inches of ocean water. Water has also flooded Sea View's Ocean Avenue.
