A 40-year-old man was arrested after kicking a 9-month pregnant woman twice in the stomach on a crowded No. 4 train.
The man and woman were both riding the train at around 8:30 a.m., police sources told Pix11. The man bumped into the woman and the two began arguing.
Police say the woman pushed the man causing him to fall to the floor. When he got up, he kicked the 28-year-old woman twice in the stomach.
The train stopped at Bowling Green station and police took the 40-year-old into custody.
The woman was transported to the hospital. Her condition is not known.
