26-year-old Elvis Redzepagic was given an ‘order of permanent detention' by US District Court Judge Ann Shields after he allegedly tried to join ISIS and threatened to chop his mother's head off.
Mr. Redzepagic was placed under arrest after officials found materials in his family's Commack home that proved he was attempting to provide support to a terrorist organization.
When Mr. Redzepagic was arrested he after allegedly told police that he was going to come back with an ISIS Army.
