Charalambous described the porn star's morning testimony as being graphic in its details. We learned that the former President didn't use a condom, that Ms. Daniels supposedly blacked out during the romp, and even the sexual position employed during the alleged rendezvous. The vivid details of the testimony left some in the courtroom shocked and the jury smirking. The testimony was so illicit Trump's defense team asked for a mistrial, which Judge Merchan denied.
