Maricopa County prosecutor Rachel Mitchell has refused to extradite murder suspect Raad Almansoori back to NYC because of Alvin Bragg's soft stance on crime.
Mitchell, speaking during a press conference, said, "Seeing the treatment of violent criminals in the New York area by Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg, it's safer to keep Almansoori here in custody.
Bragg released a statement claiming, "It's a republican prosecutor playing political games."
