Len Berman and Michael Riedel talked with Jesse Weber, Co-host of Always in Fashion on WOR and Anchor on the Law and Crime Network about George Santos trying to land a plea deal that will keep him from serving jail time.
Len Berman asked Weber if Santos would be able to stay out of jail, Jesse said "With everything Santo's was accused of, including wire fraud, money laundering, embezzlement, and theft of public funds, I don't see how prison time is not on the table."
"The case looks very bad for the guy, and he msut be careful dealing with prosecutors said Weber, "if he turns down the plea deal and winds up going to trial and is found guilty, he could go away for a long time."
