Lying George Santos Awaits Congressional Expulsion

Len Berman and Michael Riedel talked with Robert Zimmerman, the Democratic National Committeeman from Long Island about the possible expulsion of Congressman George Santos.

Zimmer said of Santos. "I've made it a personal mission to get George Santos expelled from Congress. His Long Island constituents haven't had a voice in Congress for over a year now."

Len Berman asked Zimmerman who was in charge of conducting opposition research on Santos, he replied, "Santos has been running for Congress for four years. The local Long Island Republicans never checked into his background, and Tom Suozzi, who ran against Santos two years ago, never did opposition research."

When Michael Riedel asked Zimmerman if he was interested in running for Santos' seat, Zimmerman explained, "Gov. Kathy Hochul and other top democrats from the state will decide who will replace Santos.
