Mayor Adams Heads To Washington, Demands Help With The Migrant Crisis

Mayor Eric Adams is on Washington D.C. on Thursday, joining with other mayors to demand that the federal government help with the migrant crisis.

Adams has warned that migrants will soon be sleeping on the streets of New York City, even after Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn began accepting migrants earlier this week. Governor Hochul has called the situation "unsustainable."

Mayors from Denver and Chicago will be with Adams to call for federal action at the border, along with more money and support.
