Len Berman and Michael Riedel welcomed Barbara Corcoran from the hit TV series Shark Tank into the studio this morning to discuss her unbelievably successful entrepreneurial career. Corcoran said when a boyfriend dumped her, it was just the nudge she needed to kick her career into high gear. Corcoran told Len Berman and Michael Riedel, "She and her co-stars didn't know if the show was going to make it, saying it was touch and go for the first five years." Shark Tank began its 15th season in late September and has been a ratings hit for several years. Barbara shared her professional advice with potential house shoppers, telling them not to let higher interest rates detour them from buying a home now because by the time interest rates come down, the price of houses will be higher. Corcoran's newest idea, 'Barbara in your Pocket,' came from Shark Tank fans constantly bombarding her for advice with their entrepreneurial dreams.
