Video: Biden Appears To Wander Offstage During UN Meeting

President Biden appeared to snub Brazil's president during a bilateral meeting at the UN General Assembly.

Biden shook hands with International Labor Organization Director General Gilbert Houngbo, but then saluted the audience and wandered offstage without acknowledging Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Lula seemed upset, swiping at the air with his right hand.

It was just one incident in a series of awkward moments for Biden during the brief event. Walking onto the stage minutes earlier, he nearly knocked over the Brazilian flag. While Lula was speaking he asked, "Can you hear me President Biden?" Biden didn't respond, forcing Lula to ask again "President Biden can you hear me?" At that point, Biden finally acknowledged that he could.
