Trump Indictment is History in the Making Says Lawyer

Len and Michael talked with the host of The Law and Crime Network Jesse Weber. Jesse told the guys 'We are watching history in the making.' Trump faces over 30 counts, and the main concern today is the 'Hush Money' allegedly paid to porn star Stormy Daniels. Jessie told the guys the former President will not be treated like an everyday citizen facing the Grand Jury. Trump will be brought to the courthouse via motorcade. He will enter through a secure entrance guarded by the Secret Service. It is unknown if Trump will speak during the indictment or will his lawyers make a not-guilty plea. After the indictment is read President Trump will travel back to Mar A Lago. Trump will deliver a press conference later this evening. Michael asked Jesse what would happen if the judge places Trump under a gag order. Weber said if there is a gag order Trump's lawyers will ask for an appeal under his first amendment right to free speech.
