New Jersey officials are investigating after a pornographic video was shared during an Orange City Council virtual meeting on Tuesday. In an email, Orange Mayor Dwayne Warren wrote, "Whoever is found to be responsible will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law." Online council meetings are open to the public who can sign on and participate.
