- With all that in mind, Henderson, Nevada (just outside of Las Vegas) tops the list as the best city for first-time buyers.
- It scored a score of 64.6, landing at number nine for real estate market, and 34 for quality of life, although it’s at 54 for affordability.
- Tampa, Florida, which is sixth overall, is top for real estate market, while Toledo, Ohio, 108thoverall, is tops for affordability and Quincy, Massachusetts, 183rdoverall, is tops for quality of life.
