As of this moment, New Yorkers who want to join their boo in wedded bliss don’t have to wait until self-isolation ends. Governor Andrew Cuomo has signed an executive order allowing marriage licenses to be obtained remotely. In addition, ceremonies can be performed via video conferencing and will be 100% legal, once completed. Can conferenced divorces be far behind?
