New York City police are investigating after a man was found dead inside a manhole in Columbus Circle on Tuesday morning.
The discovery was made by a Verizon worker at West 58th Street and Eighth Avenue around 3 o’clock.
The identity of the victim hasn’t been released. It’s unclear how he wound up in the manhole.
An investigation continues.
