Santiago Orosco, owner of Under the Moon Cafe in Bordentown City, noticed a pair of customers wrote a note on the back of their bill stating Don't Tip Immigrants, and then didn't leave a tip for their server. Orosco shared a photo of the message, and pointed out that he is a proud immigrant whose family has worked hard to create a great life in the United States.
Orosco then pointed out that their server was born in the U.S. and left a note for those people on Facebook, written in all caps PLEASE DO NOT COME BACK.
Waitress Lorena Bossi says "If the couple does return, I'm going to continue to be the kind person that I am. I'll treat them with the same service as the first time because I'm not going to let someone's hate fill my heart with hate because that's not how I was raised."
