Like many Atlantic City venues, The Bayview Inn and Suites Motel goes all out to attract tourists by booking special celebrity guests.
People lucky enough to be lounging by the motel pool yesterday morning got to see something truely special, a 3 and a half foot long alligator doing laps in the motel's pool.
The motel management called the local Animal Control and had the alligator removed and presumably relocated to the nearest bayou.
Officials say they have no idea where the reptile came from.
