An emotional upset man was arrested after he was found menacing people with a knife in Mid-Town Manhattan this afternoon.
Witnesses say the suspect was visibly agitated as he slashed at the air with the weapon.
The police found the unidentified man swinging the knife and mumbling to himself on 51st street between 8th and 9th Avenue.
Officers repeatedly asked the man to drop the knife after he refused the cops tased, cuffed, and arrested the suspect.
