A lawsuit has been brought against the Port Authority Police by a group of men who claim the cops are playing ‘Potty Peek-a-Boo' in an attempt to catch gay men misbehaving in the bathrooms at the bus terminal.
One of the male plaintiffs said the plain-clothes police officer stepped back from the urinal and peeked around the divider to get a good look at his naughty parts.
The lawsuit claims that PAPD officers follow suspected gay men into restrooms and falsely accuse the men of engaging in illegal conduct.
Another plaintiff in the lawsuit claimed he heard PAPD officers call the officer who arrested him ‘the gay whisperer' after scoring another arrest.
