Jolly Old St. Nick groped two women? Say it isn't so.
David Cruz, a homeless man decked out in a Santa hat and coat was arrested near Bryant Park at 3:30 Wednesday morning on a littering charge.
As the cops were booking Mr. Cruz they remembered that a month or so back a woman had sent a photo of a man dressed as Santa to the station house claiming that he had groped her and a friend in the Flatiron subway station.
Mr. Cruz, who also goes by the name ‘El Loco', had been arrested 17 times before for grand larceny, assault, burglary, and drug possession.
His 18th arrest was added to his ledger under forcible touching and littering.
