Len and Michael talked with lawyer Jesse Weber, the Law and Crime Network host about the Dominion -v- FOX defamation case. Dominion is suing FOX for 1.6 billion for allegedly lying about the 2020 election results. Jesse told the guys he wasn't surprised that the two litigants couldn't reach a settlement. Dominion is said to have asked FOX or an on-air apology, which they passed on doing. The other reason a settlement wasn't reached is FOX didn't want to admit any wrongdoing. Jesse, believes a settlement could still be reached, because FOX does not want their top talents on the stand trying to explain the emails and texts, they sent each other admitting they knew Trump had lost and still lied about the election results.
