Are NYC and the MTA Working Against Each Other With Congestion Pricing?

Len and Michael talked with Joe Borelli, the minority City Councilman from Staten Island, about Mayor Adams waging war on cars. Adams says he wants more pedestrian plazas and bike lanes opened so New Yorkers and tourists can have an easier time getting around. The whole idea behind congestion pricing was to cut back on traffic jams throughout the city. Borelli and the guys pointed out that by closing more roads the congestion will be worse throughout the city. Borelli said the NYC and the MTA are causing the congestion themselves.
