The hit Korean series "Squid Game" is receiving a limited theatrical release.
Netflix will screen the first season over the next two weekends at two theaters in New York and Los Angeles. The release comes as the streaming giant builds its awards campaign for the record-breaking series.
The cast is nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.
