Biker Gang Takes Over NYC Streets

New York City has been through a ton of heartache and stress over the last month and what many residents didn't want to see was a biker gang take over their streets. That's what happened to a few streets on the Upper East Side.

Over 100 motorbikes and ATVs were caught on camera taking over streets, blocking traffic and nearly knocking over pedestrians. The roving biker gang was seen revving their engines, popping wheelies, and hopping onto the sidewalk, where trapped bystanders were trying to cross to the street.

Residents want to know why city officials would allow this kind of behavior during such a trying time. Police say they received reports of reckless endangerment in the area at the time, though no citations were given.
