Days after delivering a thousand promised ventilators to Los Angeles, Tesla CEO Elon Musk says the company's New York plant will reopen "as soon as humanly possible" to produce more. The medical devices are scarce due to the coronavirus crisis. In a series of tweets, Musk emphasized the need to help the citizens of the state with the most confirmed cases of the virus. Medtronic will be in partnership with Tesla for production.
