Barbara Anne Filan of Brick Township, NJ, died when a pickup truck crashed through the wall of her house Tuesday.
The 55-year-old mother of four was napping in her living room when 86-year-old William McEvoy lost control of his truck and plowed through the house killing the victim.
Neighbor Karen Rodgers spoke to cbslocal.com and said, "This around Christmas time and they don't have the money for services or a burial or anything, that's why it's just a terrible situation."
Police officials say they are investigating the tragic accident but no charges are expected.
