It appears that Mr. and Mrs. Carlos Danger are staying married.According to court papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, one of Huma Abedin's lawyers submitted paperwork signed by both parties agreeing to end the case.
The Judge presiding over the court announced that the case was discontinued.
Lawyers for Anthony Weiner and Huma Abedin have yet to make a statement on the couple's decision.
Anthony Weiner is currently serving time in MA for sexting with a minor.
The Weiner's have a 6-year-old son.
