Cisco Ward became so heartsick when he saw his ex-girlfriend with another man inside a Bronx Burger King he stepped through the front door and began shooting the joint up.
Fernando Soto suffered a graze wound and was the only person injured in the Burger King shooting.
The real mayhem started when the shooter tried to flee via a city bus.
The passengers panicked when they saw the armed man get on board and then charged for the doors leaving an 83-year-old woman trampled on the bus floor.
After traveling a short distance Mr. Ward got off the bus and started firing his weapon again.
This time Ward's gun-play drew the attention of nearby NYPD officers and Mr. Ward was promptly arrested.
Mr. Ward, who already has 16 prior arrests for assault and robbery, gets to add reckless endangerment, menacing, and gun possession to his list of felonies.
The 83-year-old woman who was trampled during the bus ruckus suffered a head laceration.
